son unas preciosas piezas Vintage, han sido recuperadas de algún viejo almacén de no se qué parte del mundo, lo que sí sé es que todavía estaban envueltos en un viejo diario ''The Sunday Advocate News' con fecha 20 de julio de 1964.

Son preciosas joyas en las que puedes guardar dentro de ellas una foto, un trozo de tela incluso un mechón de pelo de alguien especial...

Todos tienen una particularidad especial: están evidentemente envejecidos e incluso oxidados por el paso de los años, unos tienen una manchita aquí, el otro allí...

Podría haber optado por pulirlos y dejarlos perfectos, todos iguales,  a cual más brillante, pero con ello habría borrado su toque especial, su indentidad personal que les ha ido marcando el paso de los años y con ello ese encanto especial que los hace únicos: por eso me dije ¿quien soy yo para borrar aquéllo que le hace especial a algo?

These are from at least the 1964's and the original lot was still wrapped in the Barbados newspaper 'The Sunday Advocate News' dated July 20, 1964.

These are vintage and show the normal signs of metal aging - some will be dirty, others will have dark marks and the patina will vary from locket to locket.
The locket is an authentic vintage piece, so the differences in the finish and 'imperfections' are part of the inherent character and charm of the piece and should not be considered defects. I personally think it adds charm, character and nostalgic feeling to the necklace.  Isn't that why we love vintage anyway?
